We value your privacy. If you wish to close your account and delete your data from Parent Plus, please follow the methods outlined below.

In-App Deletion
- Open the Parent Plus app
- Tap the three-bar menu (≡)
- Go to My Profile
- Tap Edit Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion

Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing our support team.
Support Contact
Include in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A request to delete your account and personal data
⏱ 30-Day Timeline
Upon receiving a request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
🗂 Data Scope
We delete profile info, activity logs, preferences, and linked media. This process complies with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion policy.
